Shipping policy

Our goal is to get our fresh beans into your hands within a few days of roasting. This will typically be 2 to 5 days after you place your order depending on where you are having them delivered. Some of our rarer coffees are roasted less frequently. They may take a few extra days to deliver.

Once your coffee arrives, you can enjoy it right away or allow it to rest for a few days. The fresher the coffee is the more the florals and bright citrus notes stand out. If you intend to brew the beans as espresso we recommend allowing the coffee to rest for an additional few days before you brew it. The additional rest period will help to give you a smoother cup with fuller extraction.

Your equipment, tea, clothing, and all other goods follow the same shipping schedule. 

Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by inaccurate orders.

Our go-to shipper is USPS. Let us know if you would prefer a different carrier.

Please keep in mind that National Holidays may delay your delivery. Please order early to avoid delays.
