Dulcet Natural Ethiopia

There are so many delicious coffees from Ethiopia, it's hard to choose a favorite. Whether we're drinking Ardi, Layo Toraga, or Kayon Mountain, I've loved them all. Due to seasonality, harvest size, and inventory, most of these selections are only available for a short time. While that is lovely and keeps our offerings fresh and interesting it is a challenge from the marketing side. So, moving forward we're packing all these tasty treats under a new name.

Meet Dulcet, our new mark for natural processed coffees from Ethiopia. Each batch is sourced through multiple cuppings to ensure that the flavors sing in the cup. We'll keep you updated on the farm details here on the website.

This batch is sourced from Solomon Hameso Boku in Sidama. The flavors are what we lovers of natural coffees from Ethiopia obsess over: sweet blueberry, smooth chocolate, crisp acidity. 

We're excited to continue bringing you these stellar micro-lots now with one simple name.
