Park Decaf

These beans come to us from Carolina Posada's farm in Colombia. She has them decaffienated in Colombia using the sugarcane method. This involves using naturally occuring Ethyl Acetate from fermented sugarcane to bind with and remove the caffiene molocules. It is a completely natural method. This coffee contains no EA after roasting. By contrast, ripe bananas contain about 200ppm.

The flavor of the beans is outstanding with notes of lemongrass, green apple, almond. It brews well by any method and is our featured decaf espresso.
